Employee Choice Award
Every month department managers nominate employees for their extraordinary efforts. The people who have been selected for the award have maintained perfect attendance for the month, demonstrated and promoted safety within our workplace, and regularly go the extra mile for the crew, their department, our company, and our customers.
The winner of the award receives recognition every month in our Company Safety Meeting and their name is engraved on a plaque that is mounted in our office entry way. Along with recognition for going above and beyond they also have their choice of gift cards for dinner or Home Depot.
