Scott is the President and founder of Modern Poured Walls. His dedication to the company, its employees, and our customers is unrivaled. Scott today focuses most of his energy towards developing the next generation of leadership in the company as well as improving on the processes and procedures within the company. In his spare time he enjoys spending time traveling with his wife Linda and their dog Ellie. Whether traveling or at home his favorite past time is fly fishing. |

 Bret Williams
Bret is the Vice President and Operations Manager of Modern Poured Walls. Since November of 1986 he has been serving our customers and tutoring our employees in the construction industry. His untiring commitment, years of experience and creative mind have proven to be invaluable for Modern Poured Walls and our customers. In Bret’s free time he enjoys restoring Corvettes, coaching baseball, and spending time with his lovely wife Dianne and their children. |

 Ray Fleming
Ray is our Foundation Production Manager and has been with Modern Poured Walls since October of 1995. With over 13 years of foundation construction experience, there is not a foundation or wall that he and his team cannot handle. When Ray is not focused on the foundation Department he enjoys camping with his wife Jessie and teaching his 2 children how to fish. |

 Sean Smith
Sean’s employment with Modern Poured Walls began in the spring of 2008. Hired to manage the Sales Department, Sean’s knowledge of foundation construction has helped to solidify the sales team. When he is not working he enjoys spending time Fly Fishing when ever and where ever possible. |

 Phil Schaffer
As Senior Production Coordinator, Phil Schaffer’s responsibilities are many and varied. On a daily basis Phil’s responsibility is to schedule all of our materials moving vehicles, and ensure timely delivery of all of our dirt moving machines. When the large, complicated jobs begin, Phil is our project coordinator. He has 20 plus years of construction scheduling experience to ensure timely delivery of our products and services to our customer. In Phil’s spare time he enjoys relaxing with his family at their cabin in southern Ohio, and watching his son ride motocross. |

 John Gunter
John is the company’s Head of Purchasing as well as Fleet and Facility Manager. John’s efforts allow us to buy products to supply more products at better prices to our customers. As Fleet and Facility Manager, it is John’s responsibility to ensure all vehicles and machines are in safe operating and driving condition. He indirectly allows us to keep a tight schedule with all of our customers by keeping our fleet road worthy and work ready. John has been serving our customers since March of 2000. When John is not at work for MPW, he spends his time with his wife Amanda and his daughter Hannah. |

 Steve Osborn
Steve’s employment with Modern Poured Walls began in March of 2002. Hired in as a concrete finisher, Steve has worked his way to Manager of the Flatwork Department. Using his knowledge of materials and skills with concrete he has earned his ACI Concrete Finishing certification as well as other achievements. When Steve is not hard at work he relaxes by hunting, fishing, and reading. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Heather, son Steven, and Daughter Hannah. Together they are very active in their church. |

 Allen Naylor
As Manager of the Waterproofing Department, Allen makes sure that your basement stays dry, GUARANTEED. In addition to waterproofing new construction foundations, Allen and his staff remain ready to assist you with any of your Foundation needs. Allen has been leading his department since December of 1998. In his spare time Allen enjoys attending auctions with his wife and daughter. |
